Movement, Community & Women’s Wellness

Our Tennis & Tacos event beautifully represents the heart of Her Wellness CIC: women coming together to move their bodies, build confidence, and form meaningful connections in a safe, uplifting environment.

Through fun, accessible tennis sessions led by experienced trainers, women were encouraged to explore physical activity in a way that felt welcoming, empowering, and achievable for all fitness levels. For many attendees, this was their first time trying tennis; proof that the right environment can inspire women to step out of their comfort zone and embrace new forms of movement.

After the session, we gathered for tacos, conversations, and community, creating space for women to talk openly about their health, wellbeing, and the challenges they often face in silence; whether that’s loneliness, low confidence, or feeling unsure about entering fitness spaces alone.

At Her Wellness CIC, our events are more than just activities; they are intentional experiences designed to:

✨ Encourage physical activity in a fun, inclusive, non-judgmental way

✨ Support women’s mental and emotional wellbeing through shared experiences

✨ Build confidence for those who feel shy, anxious, or hesitant to attend alone

✨ Create safe spaces where women can discuss health and wellness topics often overlooked

✨ Be guided by expert trainers who educate, support, and empower attendees

✨ Strengthen community bonds through shared meals and meaningful conversations

The Tennis & Tacos event is a perfect example of how Her Wellness CIC uses movement, food, and community to uplift women and improve wellbeing outcomes. Every event we host is designed to break down barriers, boost self-esteem, and ensure women feel seen, supported, and connected.

Her Wellness CIC is committed to creating opportunities where women feel safe to show up as themselves, whether they attend alone or with friends and leave feeling better, stronger, and more empowered.
